" "I initially contact SF Clinical therapies for an elbow injury - Sam worked her magic on the elbow and arm to free up the tension and settle the pain. As part of this we discussed my other symptoms from long COVID and discussed whether hypnotherapy could help with those. After 4 sessions with Sam, I have been able to identify areas of my body that are struggling with pain. I now have significantly better sleep, my body inflammation (particularly in the chest) has settled and I am able to calm down at the end of a busy day by using some of the mindfulness techniques used during the sessions.
